Dr. Emoto - I am honored!

Dr. Emoto's passionate message, felt even through a translator, was the highlight of the Healthy Workplaces conference and moved many to tears. This humble man works on the hypothesis that water has hidden messages essential to understanding that Gratitude and Love are not only "nice" emotions to exhibit but have a profound effect on our body chemistry. These emotions are man's TRUE nature and we all seek this state! By using frozen water, he photographed the impact of loving and kind words on the formation of water crystals and compares the shape of those crystals to others exposed to violent or harsh language. He conducted the same tests using a variety of languages and the results come out the same... loving thoughts and words are somehow FELT by our bodies and actually change our chemistry. When we consider our bodies are 70% water, the implications are astounding.

John Lennon had it right :"All We Need is Love!" - Just - "Imagine"... "YOU might say that I am a dreamer - but I am not the only one" ...

Dr. Emoto has set a goal to distribute millions of his children's books worldwide for FREE so children will be influenced by this awareness and become the loving leaders for tomorrow.

Dr. Emoto calls on all of us to join him as he spreads a message of Love and Gratitude to save life on this planet. We can do this in or personal lives, our homes, communities and organizations. We made our choice! - how about you? - if not now - when will we live in peace, love and brotherhood? Every individual making a shift creates a huge change for mankind.

Conscious Organization Profile Survey Results

The 300 delegates at the Healthy Workplaces conference were a fairly equal representation from management and consultant positions, and represent the private, government and not-for-profit sectors. Over the two and one-days days of the conference, they engaged in workshops provoking and stimulating new ways of looking at their businesses. On the second full day of the conference and prior to my session on The Conscious Organization, David VanAmurg, VanAmburg Associates Consulting and CEO Mutual Gravity, and I, set up two computers and invited participants to take our online Conscious Organization Profile survey. Our sample size is small but we think the results are reflective of what we would expect with this rather unique, homogenous group. If you wanted to introduce a successful change or solicit creative ideas, this is the type of profile you would want to see!

Overall, participants at the conference assessed the following levels of consciousness:

The results confirm that the people who register for a conference like this are open and operating at a high level of non-dualistic consciousness. As a result, they see the world in a very positive light and are most likely to attract a similar level of consciousness back into their lives. (The Law of Attraction).

To get maximum understanding of what is going on in a typical organization, you would want to ask the same questions of ALL the constituent groups - compare results - and do a gap analysis. Where are you likely to see the greatest resistance? Then also, ask the question, "What would you like the level of consciousness to be for you to be successful, fulfilled and truly innovative at work?"

With this information, you now know where to spend your time! This survey instrument is designed to be adapted to the unique needs of your workplace. What is the Consciousness of Your Organization?


At the Healthy Workplaces conference, we unveiled the first of many exciting, on-line supports for creating a Conscious Organization being developed by Enlightened Orgs. This first tool provides the means to assess the level of consciousness of your organization and its constituent groups. The tool is a quick, easy-to-complete, perception survey revealing intriguing results essential for implementing lasting change. It uses the Body Conscious Guide to identify ascending levels of consciousness from Hopelessness to Enlightenment. Everyone in an organization can be invited to share perceptions of their levels of consciousness compared to that of other constituent groups involved in the change management.
It is time to talk about the elephant in the room! The elephant is Individual and Group Consciousness, and it has powerful impact on your success. For the 25 years, I spent in management positions, I knew there was more to successful change management than getting people to DO something different, or to think more creatively. They also had to BE different. Their state was BEING was something that could be sensed - a knowing - a vibration - a resonance - a consciousness - that would either enhance the implementation or greatly detract from its success. My study of consciousness and the Law of Attraction, provided the means to identify what it was I was sensing . In joint venture with David VanAmburg, we designed a survey for organizations to tap into what that vibration is all about. The Healthy Workplaces conference on March 26th and 27th was the "coming out" moment of a new joint venture I have formed with David VanAmburg Associates. Our initiative is called Enlightened Orgs. Two years ago, I set an INTENTION to meet someone to guide me through the "mystique" of Internet marketing. I also wanted that SOMEONE who understood and appreciated the utmost importance of consciousness (Law of Attraction) in our emerging world of business. I was guided to one of the most brilliant and well-rounded people I have ever met -David VanAmburg, founder and CEO of Mutual Gravity. David is a leading consultant in management, marketing and the Internet in the US. He and his company are located in Erie, Pennsylvania. Over the past two years, David and his associates, in particular, Patrick Hiller, artist, graphic designer, web designer and all-round creative genius, have built my website and more importantly, joined me, and mentored me, on my search to understand the consciousness elements for success in a rapidly changing world.

Healthy Workplaces Conference a Success!


The second annual Healthy Workplaces conference at Niagara-on-the-lake, sponsored by the magazine, "Your Workplace" (www.yourworkplace.ca) was a resounding success with 300 delegates in attendance. I highly recommend this magazine and suggest you will benefit from a subscription whether you are in traditional business, self-employed or in direct selling. Vera Asanin , the magazine's editor, is a leading edge thinker, very aware of the need for dramatic innovation in the workplace. She, and her editorial staff, are putting a voice to that message through the magazine and the annual conference. The theme of this years conference was Be Innovative. Delegates were told it is no longer about improving or becoming the best in your field, but total "out-of-the-box" thinking is required for 21st century survival in the challenging issues that facing the planet and meeting the needs of our expanding and demanding global population. It is in light of "out-of-the-box" ideas, I was honored to be a presenter! Let's talk about that in another blog!

Dr. Emoto and ME in Niagara

I am thrilled to BE selected as one of presenters at the "Healthy Workplaces" conference in Niagara-on-the-Lake, March 26th and 27th. It was an honor enough to have been asked from over 100 applicants but when I found out Dr. Emoto was going to be the keynote speaker, I knew, somehow, I was being put in the right place at the right time. I had just finished reading Dr. Emoto's book, "The Shape of Love". His simplicity and honesty are so prevalent in the book. I accepted his invitation to tell him what I thought about the book -he makes this invitation in a disarmingly honest way on the last pages. I was most impressed to get a response almost immediately... he has agreed to meet with me and perhaps give me an endorsement for the cover of my book, "Imagine Your Soul Abundant". We both believe the turning point for mankind will be when we begin to live mostly in a consciousness of GRATITUDE.

He has been photographing frozen water crystals for many years noting the incredible impact of kind and loving thoughts compared to those exposed to angry and hateful words or pollution.
